In this session, we discuss your personal values and previous experiences to help you discover and choose what model of pregnancy care is best suited for you. We understand that this can be a confusing process, and will share valuable insights into the home birthing, public and private models of care to help you navigate these options.
This session is individualised, and we can discuss any questions that you have around how to navigate the first trimester, blood tests and scans, food safety, exercise, managing nausea, fatigue and more. All questions are welcome!
